At Inspired Marketing, we are committed to the development of our people. Our executive team has pledged to provide our employees the best sales and leadership training in New York. We truly believe that if our people are learning and growing they will be happy, and happy employees will lead to the best customer interaction possible for our clients. Internal advancement is based upon merit and performance rather than seniority or tenure within the firm. Once someone shows consistency in sales, we move them into a role where we develop their leadership skills while they continue to master the sales process. They will gain knowledge and experience in  areas that most people would learn in an MBA program. Topics such as improve their public speaking, interviewing 101, training 101, finance, human resources, business management, how to navigate critical conversations effectively (and much more) are just a few examples.

Our mentoring efforts are focused on helping our team create an entrepreneurial mindset. Employees are not micromanaged, rather trusted once they are effectively trained that they will be able to self-manage. We believe that if we can teach people how problem solve on their own, they will not have to be told what to do and ultimately take more ownership in their role.​

A professional work environment is critical to enhance our abilities and ultimately come through for our clients. At Inspired Marketing, we believe that the best way to develop a strong professional relationship between teammates is to show genuine care towards each other's growth. One of the ways we do so is by setting time aside, every Thursday night, to build relationships with our team members outside of work. Getting to know them, their significant others, and of course their goals. This helps promote team cohesion and unification. Our high-energy, positive, and supportive work environment allows employees to feel comfortable being themselves, voicing their ideas and questions, all the while having fun in their day to day roles.

Executive Director

An entrepreneur professional with over eight years’ experience in the field of sales, marketing, and non-profit work in New York City. A seasoned relationship builder is experienced in recruitment and retention, skill training, and mentoring fundraisers and for salesforce for corporate products. Has have generated multi-million dollars as an outcome of these activities. Built a career in various roles and industries having partnered working with high-level clients and have worked and volunteered in many roles that put me in a mentor, teacher role is driven to work with like-minded personalities.

Judit Alibehaj
Human Resource Manager

Judit has worked in Human Resources for over five years. Judit's experience goes far past that of human resources. She has had the opportunity to work on the operational side of businesses as well as sales representing multiple clients such as; Government Clients, Nonprofits, as well as Telecommunications.  She has done this out of our New York office as well as many other states. Judit studied Criminal Justice at John Jay University and is well-traveled. She currently speaks five languages and is ready to learn more. She aspires to take Inspired under her wing and be a part of their National and  International expansion.


Gabriel Guerrero
Assistant Director

Gabriel is the newest member of the management team a true New Yorker. He loves basketball and travel. Gabriel, has put his focus on specializing and working in sales and marketing. Gabriel has become a business consultant with a demonstrated history in the management consulting industry. He has shown skill in the acquisition of customers, training of staff, and recruitment. He is bilingual in Spanish and English. Gabriel firmly believes that anyone, regardless of where they are born or what class they are born into can attain their own version of success.
